Unless otherwise stated below or on a specific product’s sales page, we issue refunds when you request them via email (to heyhuman@byregina.com):

  • for digital books—within 14 days of the original purchase of the product
  • for the Close Better Clients Email Course and Challenge–within 10 days of purchase (please email us at team@closebetterclients.com and CC: heyhuman@byregina.com)
  • for online programs such as Publish Your Thing—within 14 days of purchase
  • for SERVE Academy–within 10 days of purchase but not if your 1-on-1 call has been scheduled (please email us at heyhuman@byregina.com)
  • for other digital courses—within 14 days of purchase
  • and for online events and workshops—through the day of the event going live
