If you’re a strategist, coach, speaker, or author who has ideas and frameworks that can help people live healthier, happier, or more supported lives . . . it’s time to Enter Your Intellectual Property Era.
Which means building out a true body of work as a thought leader—a body of work designed to help people solve complex problems and succeed in spite of systems that aren’t set up to support them. Being in your Intellectual Property (IP) Era also means starting to earn even more meaningful income and opportunities from the work you publish.
Stop me where I go wrong, but . . .
For a while now you’ve been feeling like you need to publish your helpful ideas in ways that reach more and more of the people who can use them. Essays, books, a podcast, media appearances, a newsletter, keynotes at conferences . . . whichever events & formats have been on your mind, you want to be paid for your ideas, not your labor.
And certainly not constant social media (3–5 times per day) kinda labor.
You’re beyond ready to create more IP in the form of appreciating assets that grow in value over time, and fewer depreciating assets—like social media posts that lose their value almost instantly.
I want to introduce you to 5 publishing disciplines (practices) for thought leaders inside a free 8-day challenge to help you enter your IP Era.
Day 1 (a.k.a. today)
I’ll give you an overview of the 5 publishing disciplines + a prompt you can use to create a piece of true thought leadership content.
Hint: the 5 publishing disciplines all fall under the 3 main purposes you have for creating content as a thought leader: getting your ideas in front of new people, deepening your relationship with people, or creating frameworks and deeper products.
As soon as you sign up below (and confirm your email address) I’ll send Day 1’s intro email, lesson, and prompt.
Day 2 (two days later)
Publishing Discipline #1 + One New Prompt
The first publishing practice we’ll go over is one that helps you directly and quickly reach new people who share certain interests and characteristics (or even, specific new people—like, the CEO of XYZ) and test your messaging with them.
We’ll cover “manual” (and more time-consuming) ways to do this as well as “scaled” ways to get your ideas and frameworks directly in front of new people who’ve never come across your work before. And I’ll tell you the story of how I used one of these practices to build an interest list of people for an online book club from scratch.
You’ll also get an IP prompt that helps you create content that will fill important gaps for your best fit clients.
Day 3 (two days later)
Publishing Discipline #2 + Another Perspective-Shifting Prompt
The second publishing practice we’ll cover is one that helps you get found online by people interested in, and searching for, specific guidance or ideas. The projects I share in this discipline will help people not only find their way to your best ideas and resources in their area of need, but also spark something within those people to invest in the next thing you’re inviting them to (like an introductory offer).
You’ll also get a new IP prompt on Day 3 that you can use inside a search engine optimized piece, or even on social media.
Day 4 (two days later)
Publishing Discipline #3 + Another Thought Leadership Content Prompt
The third publishing practice we go over in the 8-day challenge is one that helps you get in front of people interested in your topic who are already gathered around an entity that you can borrow the reach and trustworthiness of. Examples: speaking at a niche conference, writing a guest article for a high-end publication in your industry, etc.
On Day 4, you’ll get yet another new IP prompt you can use with the concepts we cover on this day.
Day 5 (two days later)
Publishing Discipline #4 + One New IP Prompt
Today, we’ll get into a publishing practice that helps you build stronger connections with people who already know you (“warm people”). It allows you to nurture and help them on their journey to an important goal, and to be top of mind or first choice for them when they’re ready for paid or deeper support. Ex: having an engaging newsletter, hosting a very niche community or recurring event series, etc.
You’ll also get access to a new IP prompt on Day 5.
Day 6 (two days later)
Publishing Discipline #5 + Another Thought Leadership Content Prompt
On Day 6 we’ll get into a publishing practice where you take the patterns you’ve noticed in your industry, facts you’ve learned, experiments you’ve tried, and all your other knowledge and ideas . . . and form them into models, structures, lessons, or frameworks people can put into practice or use to make decisions with. This is the publishing discipline where you launch fully formed products (books, certifications, trainings, etc.) that can help transform the lives, businesses, or health of your best fit clients.
You’ll also get access to a new IP prompt on Day 6.
Day 7 (two days later)
A lesson on how & why to build an “anchor” into your thought leadership platform & business
You’ll learn all about what it means to have an income & IP anchor in your business. You’ll also get access to a new, epic thought leadership content prompt on Day 7.
Day 8 (two days later)
A wrap-up day to cover ways to be more strategic and create less busy work.
We’ll talk about an interesting way to use fewer platforms (5 disciplines doesn't mean 5 platforms) and ways we can work together. I’ll also tell you more about my Body of Thought Leadership Work Crash Course.
And of course, you’ll also get access to a brand new IP prompt on Day 8 that helps you fill more gaps for your best fit clients.
As seen in:

Who am I?
I’m Regina Anaejionu (en-ay-john-oh 🇳🇬), a full-time author and strategist who helps thought leaders plan, publish, and share their life’s work. I love to partner with you if you’ve been “othered” or underrecognized in society or in your industry, as I believe your ideas should be the gold standard in your niche.
I have been interviewed about "infopreneurship" and intellectual property creation for publications such as Fast Company, after building online schools with over 20,000 students and generating more than $100,000 in profit from a single book.
I offer programs and resources on this site for people who want to publish fewer things that depreciate (like social media) and more assets that grow in value over time (like books, essays, etc.).
