We issue refunds for self-paced and DIY digital courses within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.
We do not issue refunds for live events or retreats within 30 days of the event. If you request a refund more than 30 days away from the event, we will happily refund you minus your deposit (if you made a deposit).
We do not issue refunds for digital subscriptions, but you can cancel them any month at least 3 days before your next charge is scheduled to come out and you won’t be charged again.
We do not issue refunds for eBooks, PDFs, or digital files.
