This is a free series for people with meaningful ideas who want a much greater return on their investment (ROI) from publishing online than what social media provides.

You want to spread your ideas to everyone they can help. So, your work deserves more than competing for likes on social 🙄.
It deserves to be published as assets that grow in value over time.

This training series (RSVP below 👇🏽) is about 8 irreplaceable assets you can publish to get a radical ROI for your time.

These are assets that can work hard for you for 5–10+ years, instead of minutes. Assets that raise your profile as a thought leader in your industry and make sure your “best fit” clients don’t categorize or confuse your work with influencers, artificial intelligence, or artificial experts.

Over the next few days, you will receive multiple templates, ideas, and prompts for the eight radical ROI assets 👇🏽 we cover in this free series. Here are a few previews of what we’ll cover:

RADICAL ROI ASSET #1:
The Core Tenet Essay

In the free series, you will:

  • Get compelling prompts to help you decide how to frame your essay

  • Receive two example structures that will direct the flow of your essay

  • Do a “core tenet” exercise to decide the key theme of your essay

This essay will be one of your top-performing assets. It is:

  • Search engine optimized—which means people will find their way to it at no cost to you.

  • Built around one or more of your core tenets, which means it will likely be relevant for a decade or more. It won’t need to be replaced or redone every month.
Example core tenet: “The American food system is not set up for our success. The recommendations, food pyramid, school food programs, and more are all based on who has the most (old) money and agendas to push their highly engineered, modified, or subpar products. More communities need to be empowered to grow their own food and develop better understandings on nutrient dense foods.“

  • A piece that serves as “healthy boundaries in action” for you—meaning: some of your most foundational values and tenets will be front-and-center, so that deeply aligned clients are drawn further in, and misaligned clients choose not to proceed. Basically the essay becomes a message of: “Do not pass go; do not collect $200 (Monopoly reference) unless we’re aligned on these beliefs.” This benefits both you and your clients.

  • An asset that is designed to be shared heavily by your best fit clients and people relieved to finally come across someone who thinks like you (in your industry).

RADICAL ROI ASSET #2:
The Email Runway

In the free series, you will:

  • Get compelling prompts for some of the emails in your new runway series

  • Get a “plug ‘n play” template for one of my favorite, most engaging types of lesson emails

  • Do a planning exercise that will help you decide how long your “sales runway” needs to be

An “email runway” is probably the most underutilized asset in sales and in strengthening your thought leadership platform.

Let’s say you’re a novel writing coach who offers an introductory course for $400. The course is robust enough for people who will DIY their novel process, but it’s also a perfect lead in to working with you in a deeper $3,000 program.

Every month (as you get SEO visitors, use lean-budget thought leadership ads, etc.), let’s say 300 new “qualified” people find their way to your platform and sign up for your email list. What percentage of people do you think convert into the $400 intro course?

  • Many business people estimate 1% . . . so, 3 people.

  • Let’s bump that up to 3% for fun . . . so, 9 people.

But that means: there are 291 people still on your email list (okay, let’s have 10 people unsubscribe . . . so, 281 people) who are a good fit for your topic but who weren’t ready to buy your excellent product.

Most business owners hope that if the person sticks around on their regular weekly newsletter long enough, they’ll eventually buy the course, right? But, those same biz owners don’t design what they email out each week based on those 281 people’s journey in novel writing.

What if you could engineer a very purposeful set of emails that supports their journey? What if you could create a runway of several months where that person receives 2–3 emails per month that seem written just for them?

What if those emails were designed to fill any & all gaps (like: belief, knowledge, unlearning, skills, safety, etc.) keeping them from moving forward?

In the free workshop, I’ll introduce you to a very specific, simple system for creating a few different “runways” for people at different places in their journey.

RADICAL ROI ASSET #3:
The Shapeshifting, Framework-Based White Paper

In the free series, you will:

  • Get a formula you can use as is (or modify) to create a highly useful white paper, in one of its four “shapeshifter formats”

  • Receive prompts to help you choose a compelling angle for your white paper

  • Get ideas for how to create a framework that’s truly impactful for the communities you want to help

This wildly effective shapeshifting asset is a powerful & flexible way for you to present your unique frameworks and ideas. And, it’s elevated beyond the boring white papers of old. It can take the form of a video training, a beautiful PDF, and much more.

But, this is a framework-based white paper, and here’s the thing:

People make frameworks into much more and much less than what they are, and it costs them the majority of the impact they could have.

When you create a framework, you are making sure that the people you want to help have a frame for the work they need to do. You give them structure, a helpful model, boundaries, bumper lanes, and/or a new, distinct approach.

When I said people make frameworks into less than what they are, here’s what I mean:

They’ll say things like, “My framework for novel writing success is FIRE: fun, intelligent, resonant, and energetic.”

The thing is: a framework is more than a set of ideals or characteristics you’d like people to have. If someone needs expert guidance in something they can’t yet do well, telling them to make it “resonant” or “inspired” or “magnetic” is not helpful. It doesn’t provide a useful structure or guidance in the work.

When I said that people make frameworks into much more than they are, I meant that people sometimes overestimate what goes into creating a framework and think they’re not qualified.

In our workshop, I’ll help you think through a few framework types and give you prompts + a formula to help you share your framework in a “white paper” that sells people into your work.

As a thought leader, you need an “idea-first” platform, which means getting paid for your ideas, not for your constant labor or availability on the ‘gram. The Radical ROI Publishing Series can help, and it’s available for free. Where do you want me to send the first episode?

Be forewarned: this is a true workshop.

We will do one activity per section during the training, live.

I’d recommend coming with a notebook and something to write with, or a recording device where you can record your voice-note-style ideas during our work time. The workshop should last about 2 hours or so.

As seen in:

My client came to a realization a few weeks ago in one of our sessions:

“I enjoy almost nothing about my time on social media. I would honestly choose to do it for less than an hour per month if I could.”

Oh, Regina Anaejionu (en-ay-john-oh 🇳🇬) here, by the way 👋🏽, in case you want to know who’s talking to you.

So, this client . . . she’s someone who has put many idea-first, radical ROI assets in place in her business since we started working together (an idea-first home page, an elevated white paper in the form of a video training, a tenet essay, etc.). She also had a key asset in place before we started together (an SEO publication).

So, I asked her if she could pull up some data that would help us see how much reach and sales her social media time investment (which is way down since we started together) actually brings in.

Her site’s SEO (including the essays & trainings on her site), her YouTube channel, and her email runway, made up ~95% or more of her sales and her service inquiries & clients.

The data gave her true release and permission to do what she was already doing—prioritizing assets that grow in value over time. She could safely move social media to <1 hour per month without her impact dropping. We literally cheered on the Zoom call 🎉.

And honestly, I want to have 1,000 more convos like this in the coming years. I set up the 4 assets we talk about in this workshop for myself in 2014 and they carried my business for a decade. I’ve recently updated to newer versions of the assets above (built in the last few years), and they’re carrying my work once again.

I believe in the power of creating radical ROI pieces, and I want to share with you even more ideas, templates, and guidance on the assets above in this free workshop. Sign up below, and I’ll see you soon.
