What is the Empowered Decisions Sales Vault?
A secret podcast and follow-along Notion documents of over a dozen creative ideas (plus my personal and client case studies) for selling high-trust coaching, curriculum-based programs, consulting offers, and strategy work without pressure . . . without the “tactics” you can’t personally stand and would never want to inflict on others.

Here’s a preview of some of the types of sales operations you’ll discover inside The Empowered Decisions Sales Vault:
Operation 01: The Live Demo—Where you teach your framework/model live, and apply it to pre-selected volunteers in real time, while encouraging other attendees to follow along in a resource you develop for them. I personally used this to sell 20 spots in a ~$1,000 program, and multiple copies of a $25 eBook resource. The case study for this is in the Sales Vault.
Operation 06: The Purposeful Prescription—Where you share a smart, automated diagnostic that digs deep into a person’s/entity’s current state and provides what feels like a “customized prescription” with ideas on how to transform their state (based on one of your frameworks or systems) and an invitation to go deeper inside a product or service. The accompanying case study in the Sales Vault for this operation is of a time I used this type of mission to sell hundreds of copies over time of a $75–$150 PDF resource, as well as an online course.
Operation 08: The Prerequisite Class—Where you use a steady stream of first-touch ads or organic SEO content to invite people to a monthly/quarterly live class you host . . . a live class that is the “prerequisite” and primary route into your deeper program. The Sales Vault’s accompanying case study is on a 4-year period that I used this method to create steady income from an intro class, as well as further income from 1:1 or group follow-up offers (without pitching inside the live class).
Operation 09: The Compact Conference—Where you host a pre-recorded or live multi-day event (this can be a challenge or a training & activity combo) and sell an expanded version of the materials you shared in the event. I’ve used this to earn $21,000 over 7 days of a live event where I was selling access to the recordings and an expanded challenge. This case study will be included in the Sales Vault.
Operation 11: The Test Drive—Where you create a very specific type of email course or audio course that offers people a “test drive” of your product or service over the course of 5–10 main emails and 3 expansion emails for people who express interest in your program. The case study shared inside the Vault for this operation is of a time I earned $97,000 in revenue (and about $92,000 in profit) from inviting both “warm” people and new people from a first-touch ad to my email course. People were pitched a $600 course and a $50 template from the email course.

I’m a fan of what I call “cruelty-free marketing” and “empowered decisions sales.”
It seems like a novel idea—even though it's not . . . but, what if we increased our sales by understanding our best-fit client better, making better products, and giving people all the details they need to make an informed purchasing decision?
